Wow, we had another successful bull riding clinic at 4C's Arena in Stephenville Texas on August 9, 10, and 11. What an amazing turn out of bull rider students and the appearance of McKennon Wimberly. Thanks to Gilbert and Julie Carrillo for providing us with a great facility to put on the clinic. They not only provided the facility, but catered to us for our lunches. McKennon had great advice and experience that he poured onto our youth students behind the chutes, after a ride, and also on our Robo Bull outside of the arena.

What a great way to learn tremendous skills to benefit riding ability than on a robotic bull on wheels! Through the progression of the first day until the last day you could see the changes of abilities our students had gotten from their mentor McKennon Wimberly. We had great accomadations and catering provided in the Stephenville area. Ray Perryman definitely got our attention with his wonderful sermons and singing.

We had great fun and several bull riders came forward to receive Christ. What an awesome experience! We would like to personally thank God for allowing us to put on these clinics and for blessing us with our current sponsors for helping us put on these clinics. Equine Champions For Christ is a non-profit organization that offers Christian youth rodeo camps. Rodeo World Champions who live and encourage Christian lifestyles and beliefs are invited to come and work with kids for an experience of a lifetime. The camps are limited to a select number of participants, which allows for a maximum amount of knowledge, one-on-one coaching, and Christian leadership.

Participants selected for events to recieve, tuition, lodging, meals, and transportation to and from lodging/arena free. Equipment is not supplied but sometimes available at certain arenas. Check with ECFC staff for more information.
